Looks really attractive. I'm pleased with RIM's investment and acknowledgment towards android and the importance of consumer preference. Nokia had waited way too long to tr this with Symbian^3 and even then didnt acknowledge that the people wanted bigger screens, more powerful processors etc.
btw any1 else hear a Galaxy device go off @4:38 :P

UI is so easy, just try to understand:
from very left to right:blackberry hub,
from bottom to up:main menu and minimizing the app,
in app:from very right to left;app settings or options,
when locked:from very down to up to unlock,
when you see lock screen:from top to down;alarm settings,
        notifications are same,
you can have 8 minimized apps, when you reach that number, the first one that you opened will be closed,
the home screen is also app screen which looks like iphone,
        Briefly;
This OS is composed of lots of things. If you want simplicity you can find it,also there are some minor customizations, also easy to use,it takes 10 minutes to learn.I think, also battery life will be good. But,I think if you want more customization, you should go with android,if you want simplicity,iOS is better and this goes like this.
Try to see that every OS has its own customers. BB10 will have its loyal customers. You may like it or not.

I don't. and what is in 1 or 2 years state of the art? 6", 7"? and than? should I carry a bag with me just for the phone, because I can't put it in my bags.
Besides, who are you to say what is outdatet or not??

The display 4.2" is out dated! Blackberry Z10 should have the screen size 5".
The UI is too complex to use.
Most probably Z10 is designed for a small no. of people who love complex UI.

Just did not seem to offer anything new or exciting to me. Why would one change from the current OS to this?

Nice hardware, looks really sturdy. the big corporations are going to be jumping on this again, the OS seems to be business-forward.

Still, I can't see BBerry lasting as they are solely on businesses. Quite frankly they're going down the HP road right now.

thou hardware & design looks impressive but software is very complex. It should be simple like iOS or Android.

Seems a copy of ANDROID, same design of the GUI. But horrible icons, navigation is very laggy. And a dual core? thats very old. Samsung now have 8 cores.

This seems decent enough, and if they manage to pull off the marketing and get the prices right.

Maybe even win some converts... and the android kids will realize not everyone cares about a gazillion games or sideloading apps or rooting phones.

Dude, not every OS out there needs quad-core processors and stuff, seriously. Look at iOS, Symbian and Blackberry OS, even on single core they run smooth.
