samsung made the real smart phones..that we all using..
samsung has taken appl's sales...that is why apple is fighting against samsung...
poor apple guys .. why fighting against samsung..fight against google..they only made android..but samsung made it more user friendly and give more popularity

i agree samsung makes money by selling android products.. and it sells the most number of android products..
the point here is not stripping samsung from android eco-system
even if u do it.. samsung can survive because it also makes windows phones and they have their own tizen..
they make screens and processors for apple phones
similarly, strip apple from ios eco-system...
do u even see the platform

Every company in the industry copies ideas from others if they are not patented or if they have a chance to avoid getting sued by claming something clever. For example The pull down status bar was originaly in Maemo and also the full flash support in the browser. Nokia 5800 had he so called bounce back efect that this patent fight between Samsung and Apple is about in 5800 in around 2007-2008. So I wonder why didn't Apple sue Nokia back in the day? Didn't they have the patent yet? Proppably the worst/best patent braking act was done by Nokia in the 90s. They broke Motorolas patents and afterwards they claimed they did't know about it, but they did. Nokia wouldn't even make phones if they weren't so good at lying back in the day. Now every significant patent is owned by Nokia and Motorola and they have sold thousands of small patents away.

if it wasn't beca... moreDisagree. Samsung is what makes android popular. Strip Samsung of androids ecosystem then you see apple back on top and that too by a huge margin. More than half of for android powered handsets are made my Samsung. Even google Doesn't benefit much from android as compared how much Samsung benefits from galaxy phones.
Current scenario states its a duopoly market with apple and Samsung dominating it rather than apple and google.
