30 January, 2013
This prevents any additions to the $1.049 billion that Samsung still has to pay Apple.

In the delusional mind of Samdung fanboy, it's always Apple fault.
Apple post record breaking profit, Samdung fanboy said they're greedy. But if Samdung post record breaking profit, they said good job, you deserve it, bla bla bla etc.
So it's okay for Samdung to rip your money of your pocket and it's not okay for Apple?
What a cheap attitude, just like their cheappo plastic company.

So Samsung copied stuff that they thought was ridiculous to patent like the rectangle with rounded corners or the overscroll bounce (the latter has been removed) good argument though Samsung. And lol to the guy that said "apple is the most innovative" there was nothing in the original iPhone that didn't already exist, it was just the first time it all existed on the same device. To quote Steve Jobs "Apple have always been shameless about stealing great ideas"

Actually Apple's design patent is totally rubbish. Common how can USPTO approved that 'rectangular with rounded corner'

I think apple will regret the day they dragged Samsung to the court, ever since then its been rise of a giant while the gradual decline of the other. And that was willfully committed.

Apple is the most innovative company, Samsung can copy it's products but they can't be innovative like apple. They copy and put it in fancy plastics to differentiate.. Cheap plastic

Samsung has the oppurtunity to sue the living crap out of apple when and if they decide to make a cheap plastic phone, which they are rumored to do so. There's your chance Samsung.

This is a case of who pays the judge more.

[deleted post]Yes. They copied something they thought would look cool, but they didn't known it would turn out to be an Iphone.
