Don't buy this phone, 3 are seriously by far the worst carrier you can possibly go with, what's more is they lock the phone on to their own network and they lock the bootloader making it harder to root. Ew

btw, the resolution doesn't really matter on that part, because it's still a very small area to do anything partciularly more precise compared to any other 5inch 720-screen.

1080p resolution is great for a digipen for me, and 4.8/5 or 5.5" won't be an issue, 1080p res is great for editing and creating docs and pictures...

Carriers are a pain, they affect just about everything in the cellphone world negatively.
I'm sure you'll be ably to buy the Z unlocked from others than Sony direct. At least that's possible here (when it becomes available), as it is with all other models.

It's not so cheap for pay as you go as you need to choose addon, and it will be Sim locked.
Any carrier bloatware on this one?

I'll carry 5" 1080p display smart phone in my pocket and won't have digitizer/pen?
It is "a must" for big display and high res smart phones imo!

yes we will stock z very soon, played with the phone and its really nice handset. You wnt tell the difference between 1080p and 720p tho.
