My only issue is with the proprietary micro usb. Wtf. It really spoils such a good phone. Try getting it to charge in a car with a normal micro usb; it fits, but is extremely loose.

sever, 03 Feb 2013actually, its more of an upgrade than a downgrade.
sure ... morewhat he says, also 64gb is really the norm of storage today. but if you want more storage go with some accessories like the seagate wireless harddrive or use the cloud storage but if you dont mind listening some music and videos and other than game apps!
besides the apps are 70% of garbage and while others are okay. but it's up to you. and oh don't forget android doesn't allow apptoSD anymore!
I know it sucks when google decide that. :/

sure it has no microsd slot and the tablet battery is smaller, but the phone's battery is actually larger, the resolutions are better, the screens are better, it has a qualcomm snapdragon s4 pro chipset which actually has enough graphical power for the resolutions of the device, it runs jelly bean and it has good battery life in actual usage.

a very underated product because ASUS is stupid enough not to launch in all countries. so many users here in the Philippines have been waiting even for PadFone 1 and now padfone 3 is coming there is still no padfone 2.
Tsk tsk ASUS, you may be innovative but your brand sucks in channel 100%

I don't really like this device too much. It's a downgrade compared to Padfone 1 (no microSD slot, tablet dock has smaller battery).
