Terrible design, terrible specs, outdated gpu and cpu, terrible front camera, extremely stupid no flash idea...SAMDUNG SUCK IT..

Same website without zooming, on N7 I can see text clearly but on iPad mini the text is blurry even the screen is bigger. I think at 1280x800 is very good for 7 or 8 tab. But 1080p will be better.

The thinner the bezel.. especially on a tablet class device, make it very very hard to handle it, without having your thumb misclick everything... Im sure you get alot of these misclicks with your note2... unless u got alien massive hands.
The way ipad mini got away with this is to implement "thumb rejection technology", which i do believe they patient it so samsung cannot use it.

Well done samsung.... Last 10 devices and all have the same plane plastic design.... U got it... Samsung is just stable due to android.... Otherwise no one buys a relative of s3....

The larger the screen, the smaller you want the bezel to be. Isn't that obvious? No one wants a bigger device to have more useless space. So why bigger bezel than Note II???

I have to agree with other posts. The bezel makes it look bad. Samsung was going the right direction with lesser and lesser bezels like the Note II and SIII and they are the main proponents of the flexible screen which is supposed to wrap around the sides already. Big WHY to the huge bezel?
Btw I've no complaints with plastic (I think it's better than metal but won't waste time explaining why) and I'm a proud Note II user. It's just that I'm bothered by the new Note's design. Reminds me of a toilet seat!

I wish Samsung added more ppi on this one. T_T

everyone can now see how Samsung have gone out of ideas. Note 8 is now tablet..Lol...it will therefore compete with Tab 10.1 HTC for life no matter what.... HTC One here I come...

i'm eager to buy it, since my noteII is too small for note taking. 7" or 8" note is perfect for me.
But sadly:
1. Uninspiring & out of date design
2. Home button looks horrible here
HTC flyer looks better sadly it was sad device

the Android dominance of Samsung is about to end if they keep on milking the gullible consumers of overpricing their PLASTIC products (with the exception of tab 7.7) look at how Sony & HTC improvements on their smartphone's features & build quality, to differentiate themselves ahead of the Android pack. well done with the HTC One & Xperia Z !
