was watching the youtube video review for a XOLO X500 the other day and the benchmark clearly stated 2 cores for what is the worlds second intel phone, i guess the processor was the one mentioned. powerful processor for a small phone, excellent.

      Samsung update strategy is awfull
even its flagship phones mostly are one generation behind the most current android version while the GS2 is still waiting for its official (worldwide) Jellybeans update which came out almost 6 months ago

Anonymous, 26 Feb 2013dont buy these phones friends. Intel has habbit of removing... moreSoftware updates comes from the phone manufacturer themselves and not from Intel. This is unlike updating drivers in your desktop PC. The hardware customization comes from the phone manufacturers thus firmware is specific to a particular phone model. Usually updates are for resolving problems and issues encountered. Otherwise updates aren't necessary. As the saying goes, "if it ain't broken, don't fix it".

err0r, 26 Feb 2013hopefully be less shit than the excuse for a cpu in the razri. What's so bad about the razr i cpu except benchmarks? The phone is smooth, fast, and has excellent battery. I'd take that over any benchmarknumbers any day.

err0r, 26 Feb 2013hopefully be less shit than the excuse for a cpu in the razri.dont buy these phones friends. Intel has habbit of removing support from the handsets once they are 6 months older. If you see samsung and apple, they are still providing support and software updates from galaxy s2 and iphone 3GS respectively. But intel has stopped support for medfield devices. So you will cry to get software updates. They may unlock the bootloader but that is not what support is called. So stay away from intel phones friends. Go for samsung, htc or even karbonn kind of brands but never purchase any intel inside phone

Intel x86 cpu always not up to the game in mobile phone world. Intel just want to monopolised the mobile cpu market as what they did currently in the PC market. But ARM cpu simply cannot get replaced by an Intel x86. Intel will never get a chance to monopolies the mobile cpu market as long as ARM was there. And we should not let this happen, else the market choice of mobile cpu is only Intel. That is totally bad news to all of us. At least currently we have so many choices of ARM based cpu to choose from rather than on the PC desktop it is either AMD or Intel. Further more x86 cpu licensed is controlled by Intel.

wait tell Intel start using its 22nn fab or even its 14nn which are almost ready for production

Intel has a Fab advantage so they can fully use all of it
