Apple keeps winning these battles because the way they run things they need a huge percentage of their revenue going to their legal department, But it won't work forever because they have all their eggs in the iPhone basket and a change in public tastes will destroy Apple the same way it happened in the early 90's, But Samsung will survive.

... and in the end, people will go back to sending letters, and some use tin 'n' string phone as a communication media. some are way too desperate, they start to draw message everywhere possible to communicate, just like the stone age era. It is where we won't sue anything for anymore...

Anyway, both are still the best I think, because I am a fan of both Sammy for the tech and Crapple for its built quality.

humprey, 09 Mar 2013apple is a greedy company. it tries to ban all of its oppon... moreThats true, but when you have people who are too lazy or moronic to do any research on a claim and shout to the top of their lungs something that is far from the truth it leaves you, as a person who has done thorough research, to step to them with proof and facts...not just biased opinions. If they refuse to adhere then leave them to their talk.

After all....empty vessels make the most noise.

Anonymous, 09 Mar 2013Its the same man .. with the lightbulb. Many have tried to ... moreLol. Basically nothing had to fall into place, like i said earlier...xerox had the whole puzzle pieced together. Everything was there to begin with. Jobs didnt get the GUI 'right' he basically took a black&white picture and colored it so to speak, Eddison put pieces of a puzzle together...see the difference? The GUI on the monitor, the keyboard, mouse, the whole shebang was under xerox but the xerox's heads weren't pushing it they never saw the profit in it.

Most would agree they were 10+ years ahead of their time and the researchers and engineers at xerox saw the value of what they built but as usual corporate knuckleheads gave it away cheaply. Now the mainstream public doesn't even know who xerox is...most's best guess would be a prescription drug.

History is a treacherous subject which is only skewed and written by the victors. You have to look at BOTH sides of the coin with scrutiny, see what adds up and let common sense do the rest.

Also, some food for thought for the iboys: If apple blatantly ripped ideas and technologies from other people/companies...what makes samsung any worse? One would have to look really close to see identical similarities between samsung and apple devices(if there is any at all) so technically it cant be called a blatant rip in samsungs case and if it is....then there are at least 7 companies that owe apple good money.

Pot calling the kettle black story. Am I right or wrong?

But in the case of jobs, hes the same thing, he got the UI correct, the mouse correct everything falls into place.

Apple has been trying to remove Samsung as their supplier but Samsung keeps finding ways to tie them in (eg Samsung upgraded their Texas manufacturing plant). It's Samsung that needs Apple.
