My HTC users, though I use the cheapest product from HTC but I am very satisfied already using it. I will help them to advertise for free, because I know their products are very good and worth using. success always for HTC!

Do not worry HTC U will not need any components for htc one cause ur existing units will not be sold anyways cause of all the reasons the world is aware of and u will have to think how to use the htc ones components in other models.... lol .....what a bu****hit publicity stunt for Crap dumbphone....

If this is true, HTC are going to find that people will simply buy other phones. I have my HTC One on preorder already with the promise that I'll have it in my hands by the end of March. I have been looking forward to this phone since it's existence was only a rumour, but I will not wait until May to get it. I WILL cancel my preorder and look for something else, and I'm sure I'm not going to be the only one.
This mess up could well be the final nail in HTC's coffin.

By the way Nexus 4 is the best selling smartphone in US.
LG is the one of the big top 3 smartphone vendors after Apple & Samsung.

Sony had shortage of 8mp cameras to put in the neo after the earthquake n tsunami in japan. What did they do? Put a 5mp camera in n sold the neo 5.

between Li-Po and Li-ion batteries, there's a significant difference. Just read a Wiki article before you talk about the battery. HTC uses a Li-Po battery.

momo, 08 Mar 2013Sony dont update the phones as well i don't know anything about sony phones as i have not owned one since the last time sony was just sony, before they merged with Ericsson, i was just also meaning that with the likes of sony bringing out their experia Z which i think is a brilliant phone,(i might buy that or s4) and the impending S4, HTC cannot afford to lose any more ground with basics to compete, and especially since apple and samsung are pretty much dominating the market

I'll wait, no matter how long it takes... I'm sick of Samsung's plastic toys, COPING, and apple's low features and small screen. And Android is nothing without a finest USER INTERFACE like HTC Sense... I use HTC since 1999. Intelligent people loves the good History. Just take a look at HTC's history instead of supporting garbage, You'll understand...

Pity - it is a superb phone, and despite the competition (Xperia Z/Galaxy IV/iPhone 5S/Motorola X Phone/LG Whatsit Pro etc), am planning to get one (a One!) because it shows a lot more imagination and quality that it's competitors. Would be my first HTC, but I was so impressed with the screen, UX and responsiveness of other HTC models when in a store the other day (and after handling a mockup of the One), I was convinced.
Apple have had similar parts/manufacturing issues (iPad mini/latest iMac etc), these things are normal and true HTC fans should be patience. Effort deserves reward. #kudos #htc
