I realise and Samsung should too that Galaxy S II hit was also because of the shape. The next thing peaplemexpected was a change to metal body. The change of shape from more rectangular to rounded started to make people look elsewhere! However Samsung never went out of the window. There was hope and we waited! It appears then that there is an IDEAL shape of a mobile phone. Similarly there is the Ideal body material. People love metal and glass. People love near rectangular shape. Samsung now knows, glass, metal rectangle is the way. The average person does not care about the inside. For surethe inside of S4 is beatiful. I came across individuals with SII that only called it Samsung Andoid. They never knew the model, not the model and neither the version of Android. So please, give us metal and rectangle and glass. Theses matter today!

They said the same about One X and guess what...S3 outsold him!
The history will be repeated with One and S4!
The same for DNA/Butterfly wich is a great phone but didn't sold much...is their marketing so poor? Or that Samsung created such a status for their flagships that any other brands flagship's doesn't have the time to prove themselves?
Samsung might have began the smartphone business the wrong way if you know what i mean, but they done great things since then e that momentum continues...a couple of years and we will not need full plastic or metal on the phones because of the OLED flexible screens.
Do you see anyone else trying to evolve with new things like Samsung and Google?

LG missed the boat.
Had they released the LG Optimus G pro at the same time Samsung released the Galaxy S4,
I might have been persuaded to buy the LG instead.

For sure popularity will be determined by sales. The plastics have been selling! 50 million plus for S3! Those who do not see incremental innovation in S4 are blind! Look at the sensors, the software, the AMOLED/PHOLED screen at great density! Samsung has a plan, metal glass material builds are coming! Patience, beautiful things are on the way.
Even Iphone 5 was criticized this way.

At the moment it is top of the pile with the xperia Z, htc one and g-pro.
I think you will find that this will sell like hot cakes.... regardless of haters like yourself who only add to the hype by making silly comments.

That's include Blind/Brand worshipers and iPhone to Samsung migrate.
The one who are not Brand worshippers won't buy S4 and stick with S3 instead.
Trust me, I owned an S3 and I still love it. I skip that and go for S5.
As expected, S4 will be a huge failure because anything with No. 4 won't sell well as the Anything with No.3 or No. 5.

This will never sell like S3 , because it is simpy S3 re-branded to empty fans pocket but they are smarter than that, and i hope they are.
this phone is missing the wowwww factor, like when S2 came out , there were no attention to the plastic look of this phone and they decided that is not importat, But in fact the most cocern of critics
watch out for HTC ONE , how it would out sale S4
all these hypes over this piece of plastic which is the same as s3!!!!! for what?
