That's why I prefer samsung plastic, maybe looks cheap or not premium but I always gey my phones in time no delays no short stock, etc etc, that happends to apple always, just my two cents.

It is just a game of thrones... remember the day that first Iphone released in I never heard about apple that well before that day (It was just a normal company that have a bad time with others like Microsoft), that day just change the game rules...Same with galaxy S2 no one advice me to buy S2 on that day and say that sensation is better; it is not that wow name after all on that time, but I did and it turn to be one of greatest device in history that change Samsung for whole.
AND NOW I THINK HTC ONE WILL DO THE SAME...IT IS THEIR TIME

With componet shortages the HTC one is a big flop :)
Non-removable battery and costing more than £500,
I wouldn't waste my money.

I don't understand but why is it if Samsung have problems, the comments will say like 'oh its Ok, nothing is perfect' but when HTC has a problem, people will bash HTC in the comments..

Anonymous, 19 Mar 2013You do need to realize that Apple can have a delay and not ... moreyea i agree with you, apple is such a brand name that almost all their product launches have delays of some sort, people just accept that due to the sheer demand, and the usual short turn around between launch and release, The HTC is supposed to turn around their failings in the market, and if the flagship keeps getting held up it will do damage to them, people may slate the samsung but it will no doubt fly of the shelves as fast as the previous one and may be a bit quicker, also the Sony is selling well and apple will continue to sell plenty, so this kind of delay can be damaging in terms of sales....

No expandable memory card and non-replaceable battery were two huge mistakes. Also no option pen feature like that on the Samsung Note 2 was another big mistake.
If HTC was smart they would come up with their own software that provides similar security to Blackberry for security on those applications downloaded by their users such as privacy for protecting their ends users from applications that require permissions to access all their personal info.

just going to say on behalf of all those rooting for htc after you buy a phone what is easier to change, the software or the hardware. when you are able to change the internals of your phone as you please come tell me about it because when it comes down to it htc has hardware thats the best out there with samsung showing its pitiful plastic face. htc can get nearly all those "special features" samsung has with som simple software updates. Samsung on the other hand will never be able to match for example the htc one speakers because that would require a full recall.
in short hardware>software to a degree and in this case htc has the better harware of the two.
