And why discontinued phones are the target is also obvious: it takes a lot of time to file the charge, handle it and come to a decission. In the world of mobile phones, many products become obsolete during this time.

At least these 2 brand nokia/htc give customer premium quality archive top level of satisfaction ....
Not like the pathetic plastic crap like all galaxy phone as what we see today.
