Nokia wins a patent suit against HTC in Germany

A German court has ruled HTC has infringed a Nokia battery-saving patent in three smartphones.

                            All major companies should stop infringing patents of other companies. Either license them if being granted else just don't incorporate the technology if you don't own the patent. Nokia does own majority patents. Either license them from Nokia or just don't manufacture mobile phones. This implies to Apple, Samsung, HTC and the rest.
