You are so right :).
In ebay or other online portals you will find the price differences of up to 50 to 60%....
So, pple,come on have some common sense - wait for the official release, let hTC announce the price - then decide if it is absurdly priced or not.

everybody on this site always hate on a phone that is good because their favorite brand didnt make a phone so great...like come on every phone got its advantages and disadvantages...i find it ridiculous arguing over a phone when in a couple on months a better one will come...everybody is like "ohhh samsung is better", "no apple is better" and so on and then when the next big thing comes around it all starts up again....like people get real regardless of what you like everybody like certain things and no matter how you try to convince people to pick your brand over other brands is kinda a lost cause cause they will pick the brand of cell phones they like so all the comparing and BS yall bleeding yall hearts out for in the end people who reads it dont really give af....they gonna buy what they like personally.....(tired of all the criticism)

Looks like it will be a good device alternative to the iPhone 5 or Samsung Plasticky S4 or 3. These devices are starting to look all the same and overall do the same things. I miss creativity in devices. LG, HTC, Samsung, all look the same.

Business is business for people in amaZon... It's not HTCs move... Sadly they can not keep up their launching target... For sure , the price will go down when it is officially released... My friend has the z and my wife has the htc one..I prefer the HTC it is very nice...
