This is a great idea. It's one of the reasons why I bought the iPhone 5 instead of any other. The screen was just about large enough for my taste (4.2" would have been sweeter) and it's pocketable and can be used with one hand easily.

Manufacturers should release the same phone in different sizes. Smaller screen Draws less Power and therefore a smaller battery can be used. Chipset/camera takes the same space no matter if its high or low end.

Stop making them so ridiculously thin - an extra 5mm means that an absolutely huge battery can be slapped in.
