The biggest problem on their Z10 is random reboots.
10.1 still doesn't address this issue. Not good.

In my opinion, Blackberry are doing their best in supporting their own in-house operating system; and I personally believe BBOS should be crowned the 3rd ecosystem. I'm not sure why there is more attention towards Windows Phobe; they're not pushing apps as hard as Blackberry are trying.

Apps are a crucial factor in a smartphone these days. They allow the home to perform services/actions which could not initially be done so out of the box; adding after-purchase support for the device.

Microsoft is failing to do this for WP, but BB is trying so hard and their product is much stable and established in a cople of months; over Windows Phone, which has been out for years.

I want BB to be the 3rd ecosystem, and although Nokia and Microsoft did a great job, Microsoft didn't understand the market demands, and are failing at the moment. They can still change this with more features, such as a notification drop down, file manager, persuade more developers etc.
