It is really annoying to see how these "high tech" company play so dirty, instead of being creative and really compete. If that technology was developed by Nokia and STMicroelectronic, and STMicroelectronic sold it to HTC, why go against HTC and not STMicroelectronic? HTC announced the use of this technology long time ago. Why wait till they started selling it? Just to cause more damage? Are they competing with this kind of tricks instead of good products? Shame on Nokia, and the rest doing alike!

Company that makes much noise about their patented technologies usually can't make good devices and uses patent battles instead to earn money.

Its so easy to copy Nokia. They have so may patents over the years of making good quality handsets for everyone in mind. . They patent everything. . There just right to do. Other companies need to try come up with something new instead.

Bear in mind we only heard what Nokia had to said at the moment in this matter.

I don't believe HTC were so stupid to use the technology in their device if they weren't allowed to do so.

There were many injunctions in the past, and there were many lifted injunctions so I'm not excited.
