For example LG made first 4k and after 60 days Sony made first 4k.
Samsung made his 4k at 1 year and 6months after LG.

water resistant or not we are sure its gonna be a cheap plastic box, unless people starts to prefer better looking and devices that feels better to hold. Why does Sammy fones look so cheap and pointless.

Let's be honest here - companies like Apple or Samsung STARTED as companies copying others. Samsung used to gain its fame by taking Sony TV tech, actually improving it and selling it for half the price. Apple copied the OS and UI from Xerox and paid Microsoft to make it for them, in the process Microsoft improved the OS and used it for themselves as well, and build the biggest business in the world around it. I don't see how it's wrong. It all comes down to who has the best product, not who came up with a prototype first. Accusing someone of copying others is ridiculous, if they manage to improve a product.
Otherwise we'd be flying Wright brothers "airplanes", launching nazi rockets to space and talking on Bell's phone booths.

I also hope that it comes with an FM radio since it is useful to the great outdoors, hiking, or camping.

The S4 does have the two second features you listed, but indeed would it be the ultimate phone if it becomes waterproof.

Samsung has history and far longer history with mobile devices than apple! Apple released first mobile in 2007 - after All hard work and innovation were Done! Saying that someone copy design like rectangle piece with curved corners is really stupid and childish ... what you expect from touchscreen phone (circle or triangle or what ?!) Samsung is the leading smartphone manufacturer in the world because they make shit products... i think not, had all the Galaxy S's to date so far never been disappointed by any of them, however my friends using SONY, HTC, APPLE, Nokia always have something to complain about.

I am a watersports instructor and also a bit of a techno geek so for all those saying this feature is stupid, this is what ive been waiting for. A phone that i can take with me on the water and not panic if i drop it but that is also a market leader. Admittedly id still need to attached a flotation accessory type thing because if you drop it in 20 meters of water its gonna be screwed waterproof or not. But all in all great step forwards.
