All this is crap. The fact is that HTC is unable to live up to the public expectations. They have announced a flagship model but are not capable to produce it like anyone should. So the come up with this new gimmick now. The production of one will never stabilize for sure.

I'm waiting for a black one to become available. Australia only has the white according to Optus. Fancy limiting us to that. Both should be made available. All these separate deals to Telcos for only certain colors by many manufactures makes things hard. Tiring really. Its subjective but i think the black is sexy. Looks like ill be spending overseas again.

HTC is good considering that they chose superb hardware, this time borrowing Nokia's tech. When you copy or borrow someone's, you will also choose the best in the land. And also worth taking note, Nokia didnt file financial charges against HTC, instead they decided to charge HTC in the most economically possible way, callbacks. Kudos to the two companies.

            Inventory?
They can only sell phones already manufactored, but mic's that are not already mounted in devices can be grounds for Nokia suing them, actually. They now know of the deal between Nokia and STM. So HTC should sue STM and send back all the mics they have in their inventory.
And of course Nokia should sue STM as well.

now htc should sue stm for deceiving them if they really didn't know about the nokia's exclusive rights. since they don't sue them it is obvious they did know about it, but made agreement with stm that they will pay them enough for mic's and for lawsuit

hahaha no one will buy htc one from current stock than :D

Wolfson microelectronics makes some mics with tremendous audio quality. But they came to an agreement with samsung, htc one with that would have been nice.
