It depends upon the cmpanys how they utilise resources. Temple run 2 runs smoothly in canvas 2 with 512mb ram. But laggs like hell in any samd@@g with less then 1 gb ram. Same goes for nokia,s window phones. Once games are optimised for it it can smoothly run vid 512 ,b ram.....its not nokia,s fault i wud say but yaah msft isnt paying much attention. Seriously they need a kick frm nokia in their @$$..... Nokia deserves more then this. As for the phone is concerned i can smell jealousy and hatred here in this forum frm so called samd@@g fans and may b sm f d iphn fans...... Nokia will surprise us withoout adding extra cores and stuff but with limited resources and their proper utilisation.....atleast nokia,s phone dont overheat like @$$4

      Specs != Everything

      Their premium pricing is for the innovations and tech that they have put in the phone. Not just GB's and Inches and Cores.

        AnonD-26572, 07 May 2013Whilst true, it only means something if they can sell phon... moreRemoving or Limiting features for certain devices is a old story. Android and Samsung also does that. But even after that cutting and slicing don't think the Dalvik VM will be able to run on those kinds of specs.

        The thing is Nokia is very low on resources and cash they had to sell and re-rent their own HQ. Here is the scenario: - They build a killer device, theoretically say to give S4 a run for its money, the phone becomes a hit and its demand increases all around the world, this is where the block happens, Nokia had a hard time meeting the demands of a less popular 920, people had no choice but to go for 820. So do you think that Nokia would have sustained the demand for that "killer device"? What would be the out come? People will again start hating Nokia for not producing enough. Plus if they invested everything into that single device and by any chance if it would have failed, then what? There will millions of devices eating dust and Nokia's money down the drain, they can't take chances at this moment, but they can take calculated risks. Instead of making a killer device, , they created an entire range of devices, if one fails, the other will cover up, 920 was a hit, 720 is also a hit, 620 and 520 are super hit, but 820 didn't get that much popularity.

        They want to come up, but not in a haste, they want to steadily increase, by building their base first and the constructing step by step on it and this will take time, but it will be more of s sure shot formula, so that if by mistake anything wrong happen, they shouldn't fall all at once.

                The only way Nokia can save themselves is to adopt Android OS.
                I think Nokia's CEO is still sleeping.

                  Funny to read all people complaining here, anytime it's about Nokia. Complain as much as you like, meanwhile both Nokia and WP8 are going up.

                      Whilst true, it only means something if they can sell phones than compete with IOS and Android for market share. They are nowhere near achieving that any time soon.

                      You may well be right about Android not running on the Asha due to limited memory but lets not forget MS and hence Nokia, had to downgrade Windows phone features by removing or cutting them back for phones that only had 256 MB of memory.

                            Whats the difference between 925's specs and 920's specs? Definitely Nokia is not a fool to release another phone with exactly the same specs! Get your rumors right GSMA!

If Nokia goes with MS, it will receive cash for per device sold for WP's promotion. So it was a good deal.

                              And Android on Asha phones is not even possible, those are very low specs phones with RAM just 64 MB, android doesn't even work properly on 512MB of RAM, don't think it will run properly on those phones.
