Now some whining there is no special idea behind iphone 4S or iphone5 so Samsung has done no wrong or copied nothing.

> In reply to Anonymous @ 2013-05-17 23:50 from 4QSR - click to readbut its true water resistance isnt new.

sony decided to put it into a high end device, it has be marketed as life proof.

i have witnessed peeoples views change and start asking more and more if thery can use their s4 in the shower/rain etc.

if all our devices where water resistant life would be much easier.

like i said they werent the first but the first to make a decent job of it and i believe you will see more of this type of handset (i may be wrong just my opinion)

IOS lags and always has. You know why? There is no such thing as perfection. No such thing as computer that doesn't lag.
IOS is a restricted app launcher that uses system wide lock down to create the illusion of perfection. A very failed illusion at that. That does not somehow equate to supreme flawless coding.

DI'd you know the 4s had the most crashed apps of all systems? That since September at least the internet is full of millions of users who have no wifi or bluetooth. Some with failing camera flash and even radio problems. Or that Cydia is a nightmare? Or that you couldnt even mms until an IOS update after the release of the 3gs.

lets face it no company has innovated recently, more megapixels, more mhz but nothing that changes the way we view the mobile industry.

in my opinion innovation isnt about who made what first but who implements it in a way that changes how we run our lives.

the closest we have to innovation is the vxperia z with its water resistance.

just think back to the last time the whole world changed how we used devices, what was that product?

all of u are pathetic, this is a free market, everyone loves competition, that's what drives innovation, go buy some apple, google stocks, teach yourself to earn some money, use it to buy yourself a new toy (phone) then enjoy!

If Samsung did copy Apple, they would have copied iOS's smoothness and lack of lags. So... no, Samsung did not copy Apple.

> In reply to New York @ 2013-05-15 22:24 from f01j - click to readOnce again, what did apple spend sleepless nights innovating? Please name the invention. They spent sleepless nights patenting the inventions of Xerox, neonode, and IBM. But please, quit saying someone copied and not being able to even name 1 thing that was copied. Your 50% number is more like 35%. I'm not sure what CEOs you surveyed, but no one has accused CEOs of being tech savvy. What did apple INVENT?
