HTC One bashers etc are most probably Samsung or Apple paid employees or equivalent who are trying to sway potential HTC One customers from buying that phone. Samsung and Apple know they have inferior flagship phones and this is just another attempt to increase their sales. For those who have a brain and like to get bang for their buck I'd suggest you stay away from Crapple/iCrap and Samsung plastic toys - I've owned the S4 and iCrap 5 and they are both trash.

Sony and Nokia both proved that they can take amazing pictures in low light and they're not using "UltraPixel".

The HTC J One is a carrier specific model made exclusively by HTC for KDDI. KDDI pay HTC to add microSD slot. This has nothing to do with HTC favoring Japanese customers over the rest of the world. If you want to blame, just blame the carriers in your countries for not asking HTC to add it.

Anonymous, 21 May 2013Well I really feel for ill-informed ppl out there.Micro SD ... moreCloud storage is not for everyone, especially if you are restricted by your carrier and you bandwidth allotment, also cloud storage is not like physical storage, you also need data to use cloud storage. I myself and many others like to keep their favorite music and movies on a Micro SD card, I own a 32 Gig and 64 Gig micro SD card that I store my high resolution movies and high resolution music "no compressed MP 3's", why should I pay any of those cloud storage companies like Google to purchase a movie "that is not even high def, and can only watch it on the cloud" for the same money spend, I can buy the DVD cheaper, have a hard copy, and use DVD catalyst to burn it to my PC and transfer it to any portable storage device of my liking, same for music, and can play it all day and all night without being data restricted. HTC again at it's finest, different variants for different markets, no wonder they are getting hammered, the reason Samsung is the number one vendor of Android smartphones is because they listen to their customers, removable battery and micro SD card expansion for all their devices in any part of the world "no exceptions", why alienate certain customers do to where they live, and across ALL carriers. There is a reason why the S3 sold over 50 million and the S4 is coming close to 10 million in sales in the first month. HTC will never learn.
