Anonymous, 22 May 2013It's only 10%, why most of you think they already own the c... morebecause that's how it works. with big names samsung had right now, samsung can influence another stockholder to be on their side and technically speaking can have more than 50% vote. so you don't have to buy 51% stock to control a company. well for example, if warren buffet suddenly buy your company's stock for 10%, at least the first question you had in mind is, "what do you had in mind buying this company's stock" and listen to what he had to say and gradually following his direction.

Btw contrary to the news, pantech is not number 2 selling mobile in korea. Pantec is in financial trouble, sammy just went to invest for economic purposes. Its assumed now the pantec being backed by ssung will shoot sky high on market FV, meaning it's a very attractive company to invest. Pantec will gain its ground to rout LG, and if LG flops, samsung mobile monopolize entire korea.

Simple principle of conspiracy, "my friends enemy is my enemy".
