The 3 mini did not have a higher specs than the SGS II
The S4Mini comes in well above the SGS II and is 4G LTE
and unlike the SGS III & S IV which are sime sizes, the 4 Mini is a Mini same size as the SGS II

Atrocious price.
The Nexus 4, Google's flagship phone, is a 1.7Ghz Quad Core S4 Pro with 2GB of RAM. It has a 4.7" 720p screen, with an 8MP camera.
It costs £279 if you buy it from the Play Store. This monstrosity is £100 more expensive for a significantly lesser value. Pathetic.
