Nokia update us about 207 when its launch in Pakistan we r waiting please. This fone may make nokia market on peek this is a really market demand with all features without cam. thanks

This is the thing 208 dual sim phone that i needed with Whatsapp and fd apps, hope it works fast and enough space to send & receive photos on Whatsapp

I seriously don't understand what guys at Nokia thinking.
Asha 201 is a cheaper 2G phone. BUT it has QUERTZ keybouard, bigger display, and a bigger camera. WTF?

My job is to sell technical appliances, among them are cell Phones. From experience I cant tell that there are still large population that use classic phones. Most of them are older people, that doesnt want to learn new technology. For them this is an excellent phone. Since Nokia still uses Symbian OS. I think that they should basic the production to Tablets that are using Windows OS.

I myt consider havin de 208 for primary use, ie calls, SMS/MMS & minor internet use such as IM & light web browsing lyk checking GSMArena, den I'll be using my major phone(Android smartfone) 4 heavy computing.

Yes it would be, but it's quite impossible at this time. With the specs you suggest the phone would have to be priced around $100 at the least, which would put it in competition with many smartphones. Also, the CPU on those things would not be powerful enough to drive a VGA screen, which has four times as many pixels as QVGA, so they would have to add a more powerful CPU as well (the Series 40 phones do not have a GPU at all).

Although many people will buy this in my country (Pakistan) and India due to the cheap price. It is an ok phone. If the could add wifi (which E52 had) and atleast a VGA screen (640x480) with atleast a 5 mpix camera, it would be a win. Adding these features while making price $70 would be a win!

WebOS in next 10years CAN if it lives... it has a really different approach, UI and still opensource
RIM should have taken WebOS :( anyway its dead...
If apple starts licensing its OS, BB can win for sure... apple in that case should follow Microsoft strategy. Licensing iOS to any one OEM
Anyway android will kill itself because of its disease inherited by EVIL GOOGLE

This phone is going to be a hit among students, elderly people and corporate people who are not allowed to use a camera device due to data security reasons.. I work in such an environment and people have been waiting for such device from a long time, now people can use WhatsApp and social media anytime. Good device..

Are the 207 and 208 really 3G Tri-band? In the product pages here, they're listed as 3G 900/2100 only.
