Can someone explain this to me even GSM Arena how comes Apple sued Samsung that the Galaxy Phones looks like IPhone 3G and other LAME patients yet he NEVER sued the Chinese Companies with Knockoff Phones that looks EXACTLY as the IPhones

so actually most of the time (out of more than 50 lawsuits)actually samsung was the one who had to suffer loss....i still stand corrected...

british(judge said galaxy tab's were not cool enough to be confused with ipad!LOL)!!!
and US ruling in favour of samsung did not include damages,it will ban old iphone model which are anyways obsolete

Specs must mean something to Apple as they keep trying to raise theirs so the can keep trying to copy android features in iOS. Enjoy your toggles and new notification center that you'll get within the next few months that others have had for years. Maybe one day you'll get the "paper" NFC spec, or the "paper" IR spec, or the "widget" spec. It's clear specs aren't important to you......until Apple gets it years later.

I had a guy who walked up to me recently and said he managed to smuggle two iPhone 5 from the custom office. He was willing to sell two iPhone 5 (omitted the s to avoid confusion) for Rs. 25000 (one single iPhone 5 over here costs 45000). He even removed the phone from what seemed like a genuine iPhone 5 box and handed the phone to me so that I can check it. The first thing i notice is that the phone is plasticky instead of aluminium. I thought it was probably due to the plastic film on the back and front. I checked the phone's about section and behold, the version shows up as 'android version @2xxxx' (x= dont know). That's when I pointed out that his iPhone is not genuine. He immediately disappeared by the time I started explaining what I checked to my friend. I pity some others who would not be able to check the phone properly and end up getting fooled, coz I leart that these chinese phones sell for rs. 5000, where as a S3 look alike costs rs. 3000. LOL!!!! and these fakes look exactly and have the same apps as the orginal, including the calling screen and the options you see in settings are exactly the same. I mean I navigated using settings -> general -> about to the about screen, exactly as on the original iPhone. Had I not noticed the version was android version, I would have been fooled too.

Lag or no lag, it does not matter, low specs or high specs, it does not matter, the only thing that matter is: if you like the experience of using the phone or not, people here fight over specs and "lag" which is silly really, i mean, don't you have any better things in your life to waste your time in?
