It takes only 1 rouge app to slow down an high end 2013 android.

It must be the score on an debugging ES version. Only in 3D graphics and RAM does it surpass my stock-frequency M7.

> In reply to Anonymous @ 2013-07-21 22:07 from t1$B - click to readWell if iOS wasn't a fragmented OS, The iPad 2 would have no excuse not to get other features of iOS 7 cause the iPhone 4 with A4 Chip single core can get square photos and photo filters which I don't think require much processing power and to my knowledge iPhone 4 is a year older than the iPad 2?

> In reply to Mutee @ 2013-07-21 15:47 from vjqL - click to readIn Android it is same, you can download one app at a time in the Play Store, however you can let several apps in download queue which will be download one by one after an app finishes downloading and the browers can't zoom when a page is loading. The iPad 2 was released a long time ago and it is still getting updated to iOS 7 however some features aren't available for it which are present in iOS 7 because it's old. At least it is being updated. 80% Android phones don't even get an update. Multitasking is way more sluggish in Android. You should appreciate that the iPad 2 is still getting updates.

> In reply to Anonymous @ 2013-07-21 11:49 from t1$B - click to readIt's the same for apple that's why my damn iPad 2 will never get features from iOS 7 except for iTunes Radio. And multitasking is not only about having apps running in the background, and its not about just having 4 to 5 apps multitasking in iOS, I'm talking about why don't iOS let us download/update more than one app at the same time or even load the damn page in safari while we are zooming in or panning around the page. These are just examples of the pseudo multitasking in iOS that is darn annoying.

Just when you thought you have the best phone in the world a few days ago, something like this comes up.
Manufacturers are just fooling us. As the logic goes: don't put out all your aces.
- 2013-07-21 13:17
Whatever. Do you get every feature in S3 which are present in S4? No, you don't. Android is the most fragmented OS ever. 80% of Android phones never get an update. The manufacturers wants you to buy every new flagship. Who multitask with 45 apps? Only an idiot. 5-6 apps is enough for multitasking. At least those old Apple devices are getting updated to new software.

> In reply to Anonymous @ 2013-07-20 22:19 from t1$B - click to readTired of people saying ios never lags.. Open up about 45 apps and see what happens. Brought my friends ipad 2 with 6.3 to its knees. Had to stop about a dozen apps for it to run normally again.

- Octa-core lie
The G2 scored 32002 on the benchmark test! We'll just have to wait for the device to be out and see the results again. LOL
