lol look at the trolls and samsung haters, samsung makes alot of phones specific to the region/country, thats why alot of varieties are needed, such as duel sim, LTE, wifi only or a korean version which is more powerful... and this new one is most likely a carrier-specific meaning the carrier asked for this, not samsung.

calm down folks - it is most likely carrier specific changes that need to be made in order for it to run on whatever configuration that specific carrier has.... the real fragmentation is the s4 with snapdragon 800 chip vs snap dragon 600 chip - wtf would they do that - it seems like you have to wait until the end of the year before picking your Samsung device!
