Motorola DROID 5 with hardware QWERTY, 4.3" 720p screen leaks

10 September, 2013
The rumored specs of DROID 5 are a nice upgrade over last year's DROID 4, not so much over the Photon Q.

Such BS manufacturers are trying to kill off qwerty keyboard phones by giving them crap hardware specs (like this). My last qwerty phone was so bad/froze/underpowered that I had to opt for the only phone I can properly hit the correct virtual keyboard buttons with - note 2. A smaller screen than that would drive me insane with incorrect inputs all day long. THERE IS A DEMAND FOR HIGH POWERED PHYSICAL QWERTY DEVICES, MANUFACTURERS!!! LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS

Anonymous, 10 Sep 2013cause samsung is a sissy company that is afraid to step out... morei have to dissagree on this... Samsung created this 5" screen devices trend. They stepped out of the routine and created the Note series which surprised many. Hell, they created a Zoom variant of the Samsung Galaxy S4... what was that? Has it sold anything? I have not heard anything or anyone actually wanting this device. They have stepped out, and taken chances. Why not take this one?

AnonD-32667, 10 Sep 2013hehe, they do make a lot of phones, sometimes they make a q... morei know that, but i mean, why not make a flagship version with a hardware keyboard?? they made a galaxy s4 Zoom variant... which is probably the worst decision samsung has ever made.... why not have one with a hardware keyboard? They would've sold a couple, i bet you that

Miss the Qwerty touch...Typing on the screen is not as fun as QWERTY.

yeah, 10 Sep 2013i could never understand why not one manufacturer can creat... morecause samsung is a sissy company that is afraid to step out google's success template. they only work with what they are certain will sell rather than experiment and create a brand new trend.
i.e. basically choosing to ride the android boat.. just increase screen size and number of processors, increase screen size and number of processors, increase screen size and number of processors... nothing else.

i could never understand why not one manufacturer can create at least one high end=flagship=high specs phone with a hardware qwerty... there IS a market for this device... why not make it? Samsung makes 23432904732 phones a year, why not one with a hardware qwerty?
