I doubt if those HTC phones even sells today. What's the point in banning those phones? It's a known fact to everyone that US companies are superior than non US companies, Apple and Samsung case is an example of this. Now, Nokia, soon to be an US company will definitely win this case against the non US company HTC...

Both manufacture are very pricey for their product, nokia lumia not bad at all but somehow the product is very poor like the screen turn to yellow and lagging in some way, and loose the touch sensor, for the htc is not bad either but somehow the product is higher in price than the function and spec.. both are try to sell their product with high price.. i pref LG or Asus :P

Nokia has many businesses so technically Nokia will still strive as a corporation with or without manufacturing phones..

But, due to loopholes in the law HTC managed to delay the case for as much time as possible and managed to phase out the said device out of the market before final decisions are made.
What Nokia is doing now is to demand compensation for HTC's infringement of Nokia's patents.
