But for them to make the battery last that long, its no longer just a dream. Broaden your horizon, the technology is already there. They just have to put their mind in to it. For one, they must use a different type of screen.

It can indeed be very useful.... moreyou are dreaming, how can they make a batetry to power this device last a month? lol do you even understand how they work? obviosly not. also i agree the price should come down,, which it will , but its new tech at the min and new tech is always expensive for the first few months. give it until jan or feb and you will see a drop in price or a new version of the watch.

As the user of GS3, I feel very disappointed especially from Samsung who provided excellent service updates upto old GS2 but now they're behaving like what Sony did to old Xperia Arc S, ignoring fans as they're focusing only on GS4.Really shame on you Samsung at-least learn from apple

people call this very "gimmicky" when in fact is very useful. I bought myself a Pebble watch(similar, epaper display http://blog.gsmarena.com/att-will-be-the-exclusive-us-carrier-to-offer-the-pebble-smartwatch/ ) when it was available thru kickstarter thinking the same thing and man was i wrong. i work in a place where i cannot use my phone. i cant even take it out my pocket. with the pebble i get all notifications pushed from my phone to the pebble watch, so i never miss an important call/msg. i also get tweets/facebook/whatsapp, and weather notifications. Very, very useful.

who buys a huge 5_6 inch phone then paying 350€ for a smart watch to get rid of bringing it out of pocket everytime??!!!that goes around 1000$ in samys pocket.Samsung you realy think we are fools???You can pay half of this price and buy a mini android flagship like xperia z1 mini (soon) or an iphone

But the battery life is just unacceptable and the price is simply ridiculous. They should make the battery life to last for at least a month and the battery should be replaceable. And the price should be under $150.

I am very upset about latest updates by Samsung!
Yes, it is good to have many kind of devices but, updating them is not easy process and getting worst day by day!
S4, Note 2, S3 still waiting for latest updates and turned a bad thing to Samsung, they can't support brand new over-prized new gadget, gear smart watch! It is not a good strategy to say "wait till december" or so!
