AnonD-175233, 03 Oct 2013I never pay any fee for Dropbox or Google Drive, and I also... morePeople who have multiple devices and use them to play large media files or a large number of small files (such as a music library) can appreciate being able to swap a 32GB or 64GB SD card between devices. Why spend minutes or hours transferring from one to another and dealing with space management when you can just pop the card from one device to another in seconds.

Anonymous, 03 Oct 2013Yep, Cloud storage is best used to save photos and contacts... moreI never pay any fee for Dropbox or Google Drive, and I also intensely dislike any promo offers that give me X gigs of cloud storage for Y years. What happens after the period is up? I can't access my stuff? It all gets deleted? It is of no value to me.

Like you mentioned, at least a micro SD card that I own can be transferred between devices without additional cost. If I switch from my Galaxy S4 Active to a Galaxy S5 Active (or whatever has removable battery, micro sd slot, 5" TFT/IPS LCD screen, etc.), I just pop it out and put it in the new device...

If you really like Android, then you have to buy this phone. Vanilla Android with the first updates. If you don't like the look, then skin it.

Plus it has software that is optimised and comes with a chipset more relevant to Google's own plans than a Octa core that is overkill for a smartphone.

AnonD-175233, 03 Oct 2013Yet another person spouting about the benefits of the cloud... moreYep, Cloud storage is best used to save photos and contacts, and essential smartphone settings. Another disadvantage is with price, as with an SD card you buy it once then use it for at least a couple of years, and you don't have to pay an annual or monthly fee.

If it is of 16 GB internal memory without expandable then the phone a big flop relative to its competitor.....at least now company should learn user's cup not to their credibility........

because is easy to root if you don't know how to root you shouldn't know root exist.

they most likely will offer a 32gb version.

Those guys asking for 3gb ram? What is your reason for asking for it apart from that Note 3 has it? Guys 2 gigs of ram is enough for now.

nexus 5, 03 Oct 2013you cant actualy install apps on external memory since andr... moreYet another person spouting about the benefits of the cloud vs onboard storage without truly understanding the differences.

Onboard storage = near instant access, is unaffected by lack of internet connection, a thousand times more secure, does not cause the device to use more power to activate the 3G/4G/Wifi in order to get the data, no data cap

Cloud storage = wait for access as the file(s) are downloaded, completely dependent on internet connection, much less secure than onboard storage, uses more power, has a problem with data caps

Cloud storage is a supplement, not a replacement, for onboard storage. I use cloud storage on my Galaxy S4 Active (16gb with a top quality 64gb micro SD card = 70gb user available) in the form of Dropbox and Google Drive, but I never store important stuff on them. I just put unimportant pictures, a video or two, some PDF version of books, etc. If I find myself accessing those more frequently, I just download it to my sd card. The convenience of cloud storage is more important to me than the actual amount of cloud storage space available, as I'm able to put stuff into Dropbox from any computer/device, and access it from my phone/tablet.

They call it Chinese phone as even they are mostly based on aosp (except xaiomi)
They call my nexus 4 micromax as micromax copied n⁴'s design :(
                                        This makes me feel bad
And moreover, 75% people (almost) don't even check benchmarks or any site like gsmarena to check for what's good, main reason why people yet use iphones (excluding fans and brainwashed people)
