I doubt it'll be for £135 as the final price. That is way too cheap for a quad-core handset. If it is to be priced at this range, not only will it so serious damage to the mid-range price points; but should increase the Android market share significantly, whilst also reducing Windows Phone.
This should also increase the Motorola brand reputabilty, for cheap, powerful and budget handset.
£135 is extremely cheap for a quad-core handset, and unfortunately, as much as I wish, I doubt it'll be the final price.

they underclocked the cpu in addition to make a small battery capacity.

Though specs might be right guess the price isn't like what they did in moto x .. iam guessing they will be pricing this thing around 400-500$ off contract knowing moto is kinda known in over pricing.
