yes last for years couse you buy it and it's so expensive and there's no way to return it you stocked with it. and you don't want to eat your words so you stick with even it is a cap

i have an ipad mini 1 and it works perfectly
you don't notice that the ipad doesn't have retina display
it us a good device and even though it has only got 512mb of ram, it can run games like need for speed most wanted and asphalt 8 perfectly
if i was you i would stick to the ipad 1
it's only got a few disadvantages from the ipad mini 2, such as not having retina display or more ram. but it doesn't need it because it runs perfectly on ios 7. Stick to the ipad mini 1, it's a lot cheaper and better bang for your bucks!

You've really got to experience the iPad yourself.
The iPad mini is an amazing device.
The 512mb of ram was a problem for me with my current iPad,but with this one you'll get near 0 lag.
The display,size,battery life, and quality interface can compare to no other tablet.
It's expensive, but it'll last you years. That's a promise.
