After updating to 4.3 the internet in my note not is soo slow. I am facing a big mobile net problem, even the photos on FB is not loading. I think i need to do the factory reset now and go to the older version.

After the previous software update, my s note app keeps crashing! I've just downloaded the latest update and it still happens! Anyone know how to solve this? I have so much stuff on my s note and it was a big reason as to why I bought tje phone in the first place (I havr note 2). Thanks!

I got prompted to do the software upgrade so i did, left the room to get a ready for work and when you i came back my phone was dead. It had full battery when it started. Now my phone won't charge, turn on or anything. I tried pulling the battery for a hard boot but nothing. If any one has this problem or a solution please emailed at Mr.w.manning@gmail.com

Try uninstalling any app that you may have installed to get bluetooth to work properly in your car. Thats what caused my note 2 to stop working in all sorts of different ways. Now all is great again

My note was working fine, after the upgrade, the screen is frozen with grey and white lines. Can not reboot or start the phone, any advices to how to solve this problem.

Charu N7105, 31 Jan 2014Hi. I started the upgrade and it stopped in between due to ... moreHi. Suffered the same fate updating to 4.3. Download completed successfully (which by memory was around 497MB) then upon the installation process returned the message installation failed please download and try again. Only having a limited download limit I wasnt prepared to download again so rang samsung only to be told the update was not necessary and continue on with the original 4.1. Ok so if it's not necessary why release it? My alternative if I wanted to proceed with the update was to download again preferably from another internet source as they believed my provider was at fault (how they figure that?) even though the update downloaded it was the installation process that failed, so I did in fact download it again (yes from my internet) and this time along with installation process it was successful. Yes battery life is well down however 1 week after the update the phone continually shut itself down so now waiting for a replacement handset.

Totally it is waste, there is no battery back up on 4.4.2 and I want the old version to install pls guide.

Okay, I was really REALLY pleased with my Note II for over a year, then when I finally decided to let it update, text msgs started not showing up for 40-60 minutes and calls would often go straight to my voice mail. I called my provider, WIND, who looked into the issue, but there was nothing on their end. Did a little reading and found that the 4.3 update was causing a lot of issues. Reverted to factory settings and entirely disabled ChatOn. Texts and calls seem to be coming in fine, though it has only been 12 hours.
