He will receive the update as soon as the other UK based phones. It don't really matter whether he's in London, Hong Kong or friggin Machu Pichu.

now i know the update is only available only in inda fck samsung to those who live in other country you wont get the update i hate samsung now :/

@sri324..Sir,what about flash support?.Still have flash support same like 4.1.2 or have problems like s4 or Note 3.?Any change to Stock Browser ?

Now I am ... moreis does have alot to do with where it was purchased as it was from the uk you will have to fly back here and do the update then fly back, i you ask samsung they will pay for your flights and digs. they did this for me. hence why samsung are called sungsam

My note2 is an unlocked mobile purchased from UK. Now I am in India and when I check the software update, I dont see any new update. Does this have anything to with buying in UK ?

I downloaded and installed just now and played with it for 15min.. So far so good.. First impression is that screen is looking bright even with Auto mode and rendering is good.. It is stable and I dont see any noticable lag as such.. but have a feeling that that previous version is faster in response than this version..

why i cant get the latest firmware when i check the update it just says i got the latest firmware but its still 4.1.2
