gilda, 20 Nov 2013When android gets to the smoothness and fluidity of wp8 dev... moreI totally agree with you. I used to have iP4S and my sister and I wants us to exchange with her GS3 for the meantime. She ended up enjoying my 4S but her S3 lags and lags and lags almost all of the time.
So I ended up trading it to a BB Z10 after 2wks of using GS3 lagdroid, and though it lacks apps unlike others, I am happy using it now

The fact is that Elop didn't Ruin Nokia, Nokia management did by allowing Elop run their company due to silly and now fatal politics
Jolla is the only way to go for people who want the quality that Nokia gave back in the day; they would still use the standard and 3rd party parts and accessories manufacturer standards former Nokia used.
They will do well in that regard and listen to what their users want!

When android gets to the smoothness and fluidity of wp8 devices (if ever), then people will have a valid reason to compare the 2 OS's. Its really sad that even the note 3 with 3gb of ram still lags/stutters occasionally. WP8 has its limitations and unpolished edges being a young OS and they are improving with every release. I had the 1st htc desire which came with eclair 2.1 and have kept myself updated on all android versions since. Unfortunately they ALL lag. That is inexcusable in 2013. WP just works and works smoothly and well.

Nokia still makes the best hardware out of any OEM like they used to dominate couple years back. WP8 is growing very fast lately. Official Instagram app is coming out this week. WP8 is taking over Blackberry in enterprise as people are seeing the integrations of Microsoft services and familiar UI across devices helps IT corporations manage mobile devices with ease.

It was too be Sony ZU or note 3 or 1520, but the size of ZU and the reviews were amazing, also agreed getting used to the size of the 6.3 Mega, anything less will be a waste of time, hence ZU
