BTW - before you say - I am not a Sammy boy, I am pretty happy with my Optimus G Pro ;-). Actually sold of my SIII due to pathetic after sales support in India...
But you must admit that they are much faster compared to other manufacturers when it comes to OS updates.

another samsung phone and more complains. but at the end of the day samsung still sells more. come on people this is 2013 what matters in a phone is functionality,personalization and easy of use. that is where samsung dominates.old design with functionality vs good design(htc,sony,nokia) but with less options i will always choose the first and that's what the majority will choose.whether u are a samsung fan or apple fan who cares, in this era the consummer is king. i personally prefer htc phones but i have to admit samsung makes overall the best phones.

Micromax toppled every other company in india to reach the second position, in terms of market share.. samsung's sales are better in every segment compared to other manufacturers.. I'm not biased towards samsung, but something has to be seriously right with their products, to push their sales upward.. customers aren't fools you know..
polycarbonate are used in a variety of cars and also crash helmets.. the implications are fairly understandable I presume.. and for the gold, silver bit, you probably didn't understand what I meant..

No surprise they have more sales, which, according to Samsung, are made up alot more from low to mid range phones than high end ones. They also project growth to be higher in those segments than in the high end too.
F1 cars? Last time I checked they were using carbon fiber, not polycarbonate, and meant to be driven, not held. Either way weight and aero is the most important thing for those cars, not looks. Gold, silver, platinum? Bring it back to reality. Those would make the devices cost prohibitive.

I cannot understand why most of the new offerings are large screen displays. For me, 4.3 inch is more than enough on a phone. That is opinion based. Can't say I like the design though...all samsungs look the same to me. Prefer square phones like the lumias.

So what you're saying is that Samsung shouldn't improve unless Apple changes something? My point is, why do you all think Samsung shouldn't do anything unless they are reacting to apple. At least Apple, HTC, and Sony have won praise for their flagship design. Can't say the same for Samsung. The first thing most reviewers point out when reviewing the design and build is how much it is below that of other OEMs.

Its similar to Grand Duos but I dont think that its a grand's new model bcz its model number is way too different from Grand model number like the first Grand model with single sim was i9080 n the other with dual sim was i9082
and for the people who keep commenting that why samsung is not changing its shape n design ? I think the proper answer is bcz Samsung n IPhone has its own value n standard in market by their shapes n design which they r not changing. Like BlackBerry also do so they dont need to change it :)
and if u really need different type of design ?? U should go to other brand !! simple :)

And as an intelligent company Sammy is really not interested to change the design as long as their sell do not drop. They are probably busy investing that money elsewhere - like being the first to provide OS updates... ????
