I seriusly need this phone ASAP, great specs with a smaller factor is all I want. I'm using a Galaxy S4 now for 8 months and I'll never buy another 5" or bigger phone again. I even miss my old Galaxy Nexus when comparing to my S4 experience.

I'm talking about real life performance like opening and running some apps and games in many video comparison on youtube you can see that even with 3GB of Ram and about 100 MHz higher clock speed Note 3 is not faster than Z1.
The reason Note 3 have the UltraHD or 4K video capture and playback capability is because Snapdragon 800 (that's why note 3 exynos version doesn't have 4K video capture capability) and Sony Exmore RS Sensor.
Z1 uses S800 but the camera sensor inside Z1 is much more superior than note 3, so if Sony really want to put 4K video capture in Z1 i would be very easy for them.
I know the reality for now only acer flagship and note 3 has 4K video capture, but i heard in the next updates Sony will make 4K and 1080p@60fps video capture available for Z1.
IPS LCD is much better than samsung pentile super amoled, because IPS display has more accurate color (according to “displaymate” even in the most accurate setting “movie mode” note 3 and s4 screen is still oversaturated Note 3 113% and S4 122%), higher brightness i know according “displaymate” the peak brightness of Note 3 is 660 cd/m2 but the problem with amoled display is when you set the brightness so high or displaying white background it will consume more power than LCD and Some Ips LCD display can get over 1000 cd/m2 but consume less power than amoled display, longer lifespan, and etc...
from what i know Sony uses 3 different screen for Z1 crappy TFT, VA high contras with 45°-80° viewing angles and IPS with 160°+ viewing angles that's why some Z1 has crappy screen but the other one has beautiful screen.
Z1 japanese version has infrared but just like i said before when it comes to features Note 3 is better.

And about Note3 its not just S pen , its screen is Super Amoled , and it has internal memory till 64gb , it has infarared ,and 3.0Usb ,and its video display is 2160p@30fps , quadcore2.3
and the main thing is its battery is removeable plus its 3200mah and Xperia has nonremovable battery and its standby plus talking time r longer than xperia...
so from which angle u r competing Xperia From Note3 , even Xperia user can tell u the difference no offense

The size of Z1 mini (127 x 65 x 9.4 mm) is very reasonable considering it comes with powerful chipsets, large 1/2.3" camera sensor, big 2300 mAh battery and IP58 Certification.

But i'm not talking about features, i just want to show you that no one can make waterproof phone with thin bezel without making the phone bigger or thicker.

Let me tell you why
Z1 Mini Has :
4.3 inch HD (720 x 1280) with 342ppi wich on par with One mini.
Snapdragon 800 clocked at 2.2 GHz with Adreno 330 and 2GB of Ram.
Large 1/2.3 camera sensor (if i'm not wrong is about 3 time larger than both S4 mini and One mini) with f 2.0 aperture.
2300 mAh battery.
IP58 Certified.
