And so, Apple stole XEROX' IP, in the first place. You know the XEROX that created in the first place the modern GUI. As well as that same XEROX that created the programming languages, ( needed to program the back end and utilities to support said GUI ) Ethernet, Email etc. And for you newbie type Apple fanbois /gals, do the research before you come on a public forum and give us who were THERE even more foder to impugn you with. All companies are self-serving and hypocritical. But Apple is even more hypocritical as well as microsoft. Both are guilty of stealing XEROX' Crown Jewels. Apple first. Then Microsoft. Yet here we are 30 years later. Apple getting its way. We dint want to believe in conspiracy theories. But...... Somethings SERIOUSLY wrong. By my count and Mr Jobs admission, XEROX is owed in a major way. And yet....... Apple owes XEROX billions on billions. Having created a Legion of machines that undercut XEROX' equipment by thousands. After stealing XEROX IP. Is there no legal justice? Unbelievable!

Samsung has innovated a lot and will continue to innovate. My first feature phone and smartphone was from Samsung and I enjoyed them but in some areas they lacked. I hope Samsung improve their build and camera quality in future. This patent war is simply not favoring Samsung. I think it would be better if Samsung stops doing things like Apple in the first place. Samsung, you've beaten this and that and you're on top of the mobile industry. Please stop copying anything related to iPhone and add real features. That's it.

Steve Jobs openly admits to shamelessly stealing.
He made his own daughter live on Welfare and would not claim her til she was older...Said he wanted her to learn.
Apple shamelessly stole the name Ipad and Iphone from existing devices.
They took the design from the LG Prada
They used nearly identical chips to Samsung's architecture.
In the UK after they finally lost the battle over ipad and galaxy tab they had to post on their site samsung did not copy.
Then apple tried again and had to do the same and compensate. They claimed 2 weeks was not enough time to add a link. Then made it in a non complying way and had to be reinforced by the courts to adhere to the court ruling.
They used photo shopped evidence in us and uk courts pertaining to iphone and ipad.
They barely designed IOS and they copied the iphone design then bought and stole the rest.
There is the small glimpse of truth.
