First you said about lack of customization and then later changed that to features offered by Android widely. What weird is, you said you don't blindly trust reviews and yet you bought a Windows Phone 8 blindly. You should have done before some observations when you were buying a 520. It's not "Microsoft's" or "Nokia's" fault that you don't like their device. It's basically your own fault and therefore, what right do you got to bash Microsoft when you yourself hadn't studied about it's offerings?

But I have nothing to do with it because I'm still waiting for Moto g to come in India. the 1st time I brought anything blindly because I love Nokia and their dedication to their products, and now I feel cheated only because of this OS.

AnonD-214682, 05 Jan 2014So, you got your evidence in reviews. Indeed great job. But... moreReviews are done to give you an idea of how a device performs in real life. The reviewed units are bought and are not pre-released units but are final products of a company can offer. They are being taken to the respective labs and being tested there. What they do there is test them up to their limits. They test them in a way how you use them in real life. This is just invalid in saying following a review blindly when as a matter of fact, they are done for you to give an idea of the real life performance.

Believe it or not but Android doesn't run lag-free under a dual-core or a Single GB of RAM with the exception of Moto G. Nexus line-ups doesn't got heavy bloatwares like Touchwiz etc. They are vanilla flavored Android and they tend to work flawlessly because of no extra functionality which doesn't belong to Android. If you want to test everything yourself, you can buy each and every low end smartphone to make yourself satisfied what the THOUSANDS of other tech sites saying from the very beginning of testing a low end Android with the results of laggy etc. This is a universal truth and if you still tend to disagree of want to go by your opinion and be a man of dependency, then I can't do anything for you.

Once again, what he did is to point you out about the performance of Android and Windows Phone at a certain range and hardware. Not only GSMARena, but other many tech sites called Windows Phone as the super smooth operating system. If your device is not working perfectly, it's yours. I don't know what you are doing with it but I own a Lumia 920, 520 and 1020. The 520 is with me for the past 10 months and there is no sign of slow-down performance or lag but once again, it's your device and you are well aware of it. May be, you got a faulty unit or you made it faulty. Who knows...

Once again, REVIEWS are REAL WORLD PERFORMANCE of a smartphone. You can't even call a liar to someone who is stating that the review of a unit is saying this and that. This will only define your ignorance over a certain aspect of mobile tech.

Now, collecting and summarizing your own point. Darknite bash Android lovers, you bash Windows Phone 8 lovers. Aren't you two equal? What makes me feel weird is that you got a Windows Phone 8 low-end device and you only do is to bash Microsoft, Microsoft fanboys, Nokia and highly praise Android and this almost makes me think if you have so much problems with a WP8 and you love so much Android, why you still had got a WP and don't have an Android yet.... Weird, isn't it?

WP doesn't lag at all. I myself use Android and I admit android lags even if it is Quad Core. Windows may lag in single core 1 GHz processor but in Dual core its better than Android is Quad Core. This is the main issue in Android that it doesn't manages resources efficiently specially battery, processor and memory. But might be in Android 5.0 Key Lime pie these issues are resolves also security as 80% Android phones are virus affected but no iPhone or WP.

You got a review of NL510 saying that the phone is super smooth, but why don't you check out the review of asha501 ?? I bet Asha is better than NL510. Again, if you so much believe in review of gsma, check out their review of NL520, they said the phone has 2mics 1 primary, 1 secondary, but with 9 months of experience with my phone I've not found any secondary microphone in my NL520. This is real life.

nexus s lagging, ok, as I've never seen that phone in real life, I'm not saying anything. And about GS duos2, no comments because I've no experience with it.
