If apple sure his product is the best, apple don't have to infringin any patent. Seriously, buyer will choose which is the most suitable and best for them. Apple is look like they scare to lost their customer.

I think Apple now know they are on the down and out, Samsung have won the race and are starting to destroy Apple, So Apple decide to take it to the courts where they have the advantage being in America. Terrible Crapple and there infant style loosing.

I only think apple buys judges and lawyers who can help them out.
Of course samsung will loose against an american company in america.

I don't think so, especially a company like apple who stoles a public clock design and says nothing to one and can still screw to samsung about thievery, burgling.

And that While Nokia brough S60 and the later that it originated from an existing Symbian OS which was the base for just about all non smart phones touch or non touch....
And Iphone was the last original design??? As if Apple did not steal it? And the home button was their thing???

I think apple needs to put more focus on their products than what other manufacturers are doing, their product compatibility with other devices are very limited, I find the iphone very limited to what it can do and offer, camera just not par with other smart phone manufactures.
The iphone has so much potential, it has the hardware but I think the software/company holds it back, they need to stop this patent nonsense and focus on products what people want.

Apple is only doing this to get money as Samsung has overtaken them in the smartphone race. Samsung really don't care now as its just pocket change. All apple are doing is taking old things and bringing them out again but renaming them. autocorrect has always been around in old brick phones like nokia and Samsung as predictive text. and Siri has been around aswel in other old models as voice recognition.

Apple is patenting stuff that has been there for decades. The real problem is not the Samsung vs apple trials. This should be high time that patent offices do not allow common things like rounded rectangles, slide to unlock and things a 3 year old can think of and has already been in existence in some form or other. again its the tv and car analogy. if apple made tvs nobody else would be able to make a rectangular tv or if they made a car they would patent and sue any vehicle that has 4 tires. and despite or inspite of all this patent trolling, Samsung is still going strong and apple has lost market share around the world. apple...advice to you. start innovating like now...before your litigating makes your market share down so much you relive the pre-ipod days.
