In short 2013 hardware ought to be more than enough for you ... the 2012 hardware user :p...

If those pics are true it would be smaller than HTC one despite the 5 inch screen! A decent camera and phenomenal front facing speakers will make this the first HTC which would be absolutely attractive to me...
Some would nag about the S800/2gig ram combo, but at 1080p it would be faster than S805 at 1440p. Also a 1080p screen looks better than 1440p if it has better colours, resolution wise they are almost indistinguishable.
Great move from HTC to stay at 1080p (if true). In general hope rumours are true. If so this would be my first htc...

if this is the real deal then i must say that it's absolutely beautiful the one thing that held one of being greatest smartphone design of all time was the BEZELS and this one completely got rid of it
i hope that they implant a 3000+mah battery though
i was going to buy a nexus 5 but i should wait ...
