can be 16MP or 20MP but if the sensor phisical size is the same the photo will suck as an 8MP photo
the 41MP from Nokia is another thing because it has a larger phisical size so more information(light) is on sensor meaning more quality of the photo

It's just that the SGS4 was well.. um.. boring. This unfortunately was the result of their designers having to design something on their own, after the Apple copycat debacle.

In the Android world, Samsung was lucky to be in the right place at the right time. The Galaxy series had no real rivals, and it created a halo effect which is still apparent to this day.
However, the last year rivals have caught up with better products, while Samsung have stagnated. People are becoming aware, but it will still take some time. Samsung will feel the pain for real this year as the SGS4 was a disaster.

I have no doubt Sammy's goal in 2014 is not to have a repeat of 2013 with the GS4...they want the S5 to be the #1 device. The Question is will HTC, LG, Sony and even Moto-Lenovo let them. Other players like Oppo, Huawei, Xiomi etc might also deliver a surprise.

I did mot think that the s4 camera was to bad, but it was poor in low light, and the comoetition since the s4 release have mostly vastly improved their cameras, i hope this new beast will have MUCH better low light skills, how about being able to control the shutter speed as well, also when is google implementing RAW standard in their update, i heard they was looking to put it on one of the next major updates. Need much more settings from the camera then
