HTC M8 might be called The All New One

19 February, 2014
Not the One 2, One+, certainly not One X or S. The phone will have three color versions at launch too.

I had two units of HTC phones, HTC one+ cucurrently using and HTC sensation xe to my son. The phones still working perfectly except for battery, like other android phones easily drained. A big challenge for the company on how to impress their end users on the battery performance issues. Go ahead HTC! There's still room for improvement!

HTC must reconsir the new M8 with huge internal memory of 64G and longer battery endurance and of course, high camera resolution on front and back.

          Darling I'm the New One,
And New One shouldn't be afraid.
          To live, love
          While the flame is strong,
for I won't be the New One very long.

this can be a big winner IF and only IF the internal memmory is at least 32gb and the battery capacity . for me the battery is one of the most important factor to swing buyers . Of cour course in the case of htc everyone is waiting for that camera will it satisfied everyone ? lets see

P.s. It's obviously not called THe All New One, that's the damn marketing phrase, it's really just HTC One, but the NEW One, get it?!? :) so when you say I got the one, if anyone isn't sure, don't worry, if they care they will simply ask, "is it...the New One?" And you will respond accordingly lol, oh man I'm so full of $&@! :D

What HTC is saying is that their flagship line is the very pinnacle experience of their blood and sweat, hence it's called The One, the HTC aka HIGH TECH COMPUTER, THE ONE TO RULE THEM ALL OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN, ONE S, ONE X - are artworks not just vs the competition, go HTC, I CANNOT WAIT to upgrade from One X I wasn't yet ready to upgrade to One since one X is INDESTRUCTIBLE and has no lag on Tegra 3 even today, more than 2 years later, just wow. Galaxy s4 is even worse than the One X. I'm excited yes, this is gonna be my new investment for the next, .... I dunno it will probably outlast 3 samsungs, and it comes with free screen replacement apparently, so you know it will be tough as hell. I never wear a case on an HTC, THE WHOLE DAMN THING IS ALWAYS constructed so well, the phone itself is the case. Take it from 10 year htc customer, people, and I've had all the other siht on the side, I even have the iPhone 5s which doesn't even have a fooking dial suggest phone feature, wtf indeed. Htc had in 2006 3D Sense interface with 3d contact flip board that suggests,....anyway, I'm typing on the ipad mini and this little tab is worth the cash, it's amazing. I'm not biased, I just save up for the good stuff, so should you, for the absolute always never ending BLEEDING edge of global efforts and technologies that come in such a perfect balance and harmony with aesthetics and of age, always ultra modern, a pure bred HTC, so true to its name, Amen.

Retraded much, HTC? The only HTC phone which was even worth of people's attention was One, and they are ruining its successor with such retraded names.

HTC is a premium company, not when it comes to naming their phones though..

They should call it 'HTC Two'. That's the most consistent and logical name. The 'One' brand is already confusing with the older One X, One S, One X, One V, One XV, One VC, One XL and so on... HTC Two would give them a clean slate to start from.

Unlikely. HTC has a couple of spare billion in the bank. I doubt they'd go under unless thet started to lose 100's of millions each quarter.
