Acer will make a Windows Phone after the OS hits 15% in EU

Acer VP for Smartphones requires the OS to become more popular before making a serious commitment.

That means that Acer will never make a WP phone! :( Both Acer and Microsoft are too much stupid so it doesn't even matter.
Maybe Microsoft will ditch WP 8.7 just like they did with WP 7.8 and Windows Mobile 6.5 before it..... And instead go for a forked Android?

The only point is that all other manufacturers beside Nokia are just throwing copies of mid-ends or very old flagships, cut some specs and just rebrand them from Android to WP.

Acer, say thanks that Microsoft allows company like u to make WP xD i think WP OS itself is more popular then your smartphones :D:D neither its a different products :D

When WP reach 15%, nobody would even consider buying Acer for their WP phone. Lol
