I don't understand how Samsung is infringing Apple patents while the most important parts of iphone are made by Samsung such as processor, nand flash memory etc and Apple is using almost all parts from other companies. Samsung, lg , sharp , sony , toshiba etc are main parts suppliers of Apple. Apple make just software while Samsung uses software made by Google. I think apple's claim is like just nobody can make bicycles with two round tires. Evolution never stops even in technology. Apple is also used other technologies those developed by other companies , like from nokia it knew mmany ideas , from sony it knew to put music in phone , from Motorola it knew what is touchscreen, from Microsoft it learned software and put Internet in phone . I mean Apple had not invented technologies but combined them and put together in compact and beautiful object.

Anonymous, 08 Mar 2014Micro SD is dangerous for copyright.i will never buy a phone with no sd card. why ? cause if all my stuff is on the phones internal memory and i drop the phone then i lose everything if the memory chip breaks. with sd card i just take it out and put it inside a different phone. imagine having a pc with its hhd soldered to its motherboard...madness.

Not an Apple one, but a Samsung one. iPhon... moreactually iphone 5s has a bill of matterials of about 191=199 dollars...just about every other flagship has the same +/- 10/15 dollars..s4/s5,htc one, nexus5...etc.thats whatengineers get paid for..to optimize boards to carry as few components fiwht as many features as possible.
so ..no.. its not 270 and 60 ..nore like 195 and 700+ for iphone 5s....do you know how much iphone 5s is unlocked ? 700+ dollars . now s4 is again about 195 ish in materials and costs about 600 .
so whose making more money ?
what about the iphone 3gs with 140-150 in parts and again 600+ dollars unlocked ?

The same compannies that moaned about home video's and copyright actually manufactured the video recorders that allowed people to record the material in the first place. Sony happily moaned about copyright while also manufacturing both video recorders and the tapes for them.
