Last year's "greatest" HTC One won all the tech sites polls. Right? All regular iboys voted for it but they buy only apple logo.
Bet on, that this GSMA "poll" with winning of the Z2 brick is same.

Well that's it for Samsung. They die in 2015 that's for certain. Too many phones with low specs and laggish software, still a plastic, no inovations..

Anonymous, 15 Mar 2014Note 3 is better than the SGS5!Agree that Note 3 is still the greatest devise yet. Because of the S-Pen and the large display.
But S5 has some features that are better:
1)Brightness from 2 nits up to 500 nits
2)Great new tech camera
3)Best ever Wi-Fi reception
4)Unique battery saving features(not sure if can be ported to Note 3 later)
5)Better SoC (less RAM though, but not having S-Pen might not need 3Gb RAM)
6)Not everybody like the size of Note 3.

AnonD-124721, 14 Mar 2014I'll bet you'll go gaga if Samsung has Z2's design. For sure. Actually No. I am realistic. I use a case and screen protector to protect my phone regardless of the make. So no matter what it looked like it would be covered.
In the case of the Z2 ... Imagine a cover on that! It's just a larger flattened iPhone 4 anyway.

Those rumors and hundreds of articles, about an "premium version of Galaxy S5" , are nothing , but apple propaganda, to brainwash you and convince you that S5 is NOT "premium". But the cheap aluminum tin can is "premium"

What do people expect? Should he say 'Yes, we will release a new high-end mobile device soon.'? Imagine the impact of this statement on the Galaxy S5 sales.
I think there is a good chance that Samsung is developing a top-notch smartphone with the latest high-end hardware available in the near future. QHD Display, Snapdragon 805/Exynos 6 processor, a camera with optical image stabilization and ISOCELL technology, 3 or 4 GB RAM (maybe the new 20nm DDR3 DRAM), etc.
Samsung has not the image of a top-premium smartphone manufacturer yet. Perhaps a high quality device will change that. It must be samsung's interest to address customers with such high demands. The device needs to raise the bar in the smartphone market.
