Finally nokia Make Adroid Phone big company made Own OS

You don't pre-order a cheap phone. You buy it right away. You wait for the sales figures..

nokia!!! u finally did it!!! much awaited and its been way too long the wait before they decided to go ahead with android. Fair enough they paired with microsoft but that's what forced me to leave nokia. Have always used nokia since day one, but with microsoft acquisition well, am sad to say i switched to samsung. Hope this isn't a one time thing and nokia keeps churning them out!! way to go for a comeback. i hope

As the phone rootable there is no worry to install any apps.

If only the spec were doubled, I won't hesitate to buy the phone with doubled price.

            For now I'll skip.

This would rather be more attractive if they made the Nokia X with the style of Meego's UI and functionality but in an Android OS...

There are heaps of phones in China with the similar price range as Nokia X's and MUCH better specs than the X. The only reason why ppl would like to buy it would be like 'It is a Nokia's first Andoird phone'.

Apart from that, the phone wouldnt sell well by anyways

Moving up from the grass root level. First lumia 520, now Nokia X. Early days, but the giant will be up and moving again. Not over-optimistic. But today, almost 60% of phones belong to samsung. And it's a child's guess, spamming more or less the same clones with multitude of names,... that percentage will shrink sooner or later. And despite being in crisis right now, Nokia is the most likely brand to grain, given the reputation it enjoys in emerging markets. By the way, I use S4 and Z10, along with an ipod touch 5G.
