Unfortunately the person I spoke to couldn't reveal any specs. I'll continue to research and let GSMA know if I find anything :)

Shinigami, 29 Mar 2014Would be interesting if they made a One Mini with 8-13mp ca... moreI did the same last year and I'll do it also this year (ignoring their products). I have a HTC ONE X and I'm very pleased with it (I put on it HTC ONE X+'s battery). I will not switch to another manufacturer, I must admit that I'm a big fan of Sense and HTC.
They lost A LOT of customers (including loyal fans, like me) with this low resolution camera.
Don't get me wrong, the technology is good, but you can't put a big camera with this ultrapixels on a back of a phone (the camera would be very big). That's why they kept this low resolution (and don't foget that is 16:9 resolution, if you want it to be 4:3 it will have around 3UMP..brr)
If they have used a normal camera (8-16 mp) and kept the second camera for deep field..I'm pretty sure that everyone would have been more than pleased..
So I'll wait and see what M8 mini will bring, but I'm almost sure that will have the same camera (probably not even the second one) and a 720p display

I read somewhere that HTC M8 mini will have the same specs as the M8, but smaller screen size and dimensions. If that is the case, then I'm sold. Also, if they could fix the camera, bump it to 8-13 MP, that would be the perfect choice.

Would be interesting if they made a One Mini with 8-13mp camera without the uber-advertized "Uber Pixel Camera". If they keep their 4mp line of cameras, I'll keep on ignoring their products for another year.

I really hope u r wrong cause these specs are very mediocre for a mini flag ship

I've got the original One Mini. It's speedy until you've got 3 apps open at once, then the apps start crashing. 1gb of RAM is clearly not enough. Lack of OIS also makes a lot of the shots I've taken look blurry. I was hoping HTC would correct these shortcoming in the updated version so they can have a true mini-flagship. Doesn't look like that's happening...

I have spoken to HTC directly today who have confirmed that they'll be releasing the One Mini in June, then a new one Max (Internally known as the M8 Prime) around August/September.

mtmerrick, 28 Mar 2014Evleaks gave us full specs back in February. 4.5" ... moreDamn, how certain are these specs? I was hoping for 2GB ram and snapdragon 600. I guess I will go for the normal One M8 if this is the case.
